Can you help me with my design?
In PRESENTATIONFOLDERS.CA, we can take the samples layouts, images, or logos, and combine them with the text that you would like to incorporate into the design. When the first version is completed, you will receive an email with proof of the design. After this, you can make changes, and adjustments, until the final product is finished.
What is the difference between digital and offset printing?
Digital printing reduces set-up time, cost, and overall waste. It is used when we are printing smaller quantities. Offset printing is used for larger quantities where the higher cost of setup is justified by the lower cost of production per piece. Smaller quantities (under 1000) are printed digitally.
What kind of files can I submit?
Since we can design your pocket folders for FREE! we can take any formats or graphics you have, and we will convert it to create beautiful designs that communicate your company’s image and branding.
What does AQ coating mean?
AQ is short for aqueous which is a water-based varnish applied over the finished print product. The aqueous coating gives a semi-gloss finish to the final product and protects the folder against smearing and rubbing.
What does UV coating mean?
UV is short for Ultraviolet and is a coating applied over the finished print product. UV coating gives the card stock a high-quality glossy sheen.
Will I receive Proofs before printing?
Yes, we will send you a hard copy proof by courier, if it is the first time we are printing for you to make sure everything is perfect when you receive the final product.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Amex) or electronic payments via PayPal, or email transfers. You can pay by cheque, once we have received it in our facilities your order will be placed.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free ground shipping anywhere in Canada!
Can I pay 50% of the order before delivery and 50% after delivery?
As it turns out, that is not our sales policy. We have a full product warranty and many customers that can vouch for our quality, guarantee, and service, so you have to pay the 100% of the order when it is placed.
I want to change some colors in the hard copy proof I received, could you send a second proof by courier?
Our prices include 1 Free Hard Copy proof couriered to you. If you need an additional hard copy proof, it costs $15 (This is the cost of the UPS or Purolator Courier). Also, our hard copy proof is about 90% accurate. Higher accuracies can be achieved using PMS Spot inks, but this will increase the cost on a regular pocket folder.
